Winter Brain is a leading annual conference on neuroscience research. It brings together a diverse group of scientists to share groundbreaking discoveries in a welcoming and collaborative environment. Through panels, workshops, and poster presentations, Winter Brain fosters the exchange of ideas at all levels of neuroscience, from the fundamental building blocks of the brain to how it influences behavior.
Registration is now open. All attendees, including presenters, pay the registration fee.
Registration includes the following meals and functions:
- Saturday Opening Reception
- Sunday Plenary Breakfast
- Monday – Thursday Breakfasts
- Wednesday Mountain Lunch
- Wednesday Special Poster Reception
- Thursday Closing Banquet
- Refreshment Breaks
If you are staying within the Winter Brain room block at Beaver Run you will receive a $100 discount.*

*Student Presenters are not eligible for the housing discount
◊Presenter Registration: You are eligible if: you are a participant in a submitted panel or you are the presenting author of a submitted poster abstract for the 2027 Winter Brain; OR you gave an oral presentation in a panel at the 2026 or 2025 Winter Brain; OR you attended 10 or more previous Winter Brain meetings.
Cancellation Policy
A partial refund will be honored before December 23, 2026, less a $150 service fee. No standard refunds will be issued after December 23, 2026. Substitutions are allowed at any time. For cancellations, please contact the Executive Office directly at info@winterbrain.org.
