Winter Brain is a leading annual conference on neuroscience research. It brings together a diverse group of scientists to share groundbreaking discoveries in a welcoming and collaborative environment. Through panels, workshops, and poster presentations, Winter Brain fosters the exchange of ideas at all levels of neuroscience, from the fundamental building blocks of the brain to how it influences behavior.
We are excited to welcome you to the 2025 Winter Conference on Brain Research at the Everline Resort & Spa, January 24 – 29, 2025 in Lake Tahoe, California!
Registration is now open! All attendees, including presenters, pay the registration fee.
Registration includes the following meals and functions: Friday Opening Reception, Sunday Plenary Breakfast, Monday – Wednesday Breakfasts, Tuesday Mountain Lunch, Saturday and Monday Refreshment Breaks, Tuesday Special Poster Reception, and Wednesday Closing Banquet.
If you are staying within the Winter Brain room block at Everline or Palisades Tahoe you will receive a $200 discount.*

Cancellation Policy
A partial refund will be honored before December 27, 2024, less a $150 service fee. No standard refunds will be issued after December 27, 2024. Substitutions are allowed at any time. For cancellations regarding COVID-19 restrictions and limitations, please contact the Executive Office directly at info@winterbrain.org.
