Ready to support Winter Brain? Getting started is easy:

• Select Your Sponsorship Opportunity: Review the available opportunities and determine which option best aligns with your organization’s goals, budget, and desired level of visibility. Once you are ready to move forward, contact the Winter Brain Executive Office at info@winterbrain.org.
• Receive Your Letter of Agreement: A member of the Winter Brain team will respond within one business day and provide a Letter of Agreement (LOA) outlining your selected sponsorship opportunity, associated benefits, and payment details.
• Confirm Your Sponsorship: Once the LOA has been countersigned, a Winter Brain staff member will work with your organization to coordinate next steps, including registration, required materials, deadlines, and fulfillment of your sponsorship benefits.
• Begin Receiving Recognition: Sponsor recognition will begin once your agreement is finalized and will continue through the applicable pre-meeting, onsite, and post-meeting opportunities included with your sponsorship.
• Commit Early for Maximum Visibility: The earlier your organization confirms its support, the more opportunities Winter Brain has to showcase your brand throughout the meeting’s promotional cycle. Early commitments may receive greater exposure through the Winter Brain website, attendee communications, meeting promotions, and other applicable recognition opportunities.
