Transportation: Getting to WCBR

The conference hotels are located 42 miles west of the Reno/Tahoe International Airport, 200 miles east of San Francisco and 100 miles east of Sacramento via Interstate 80 with access to Highway 89 south. There are several transportation options including an airport shuttle, renting a car, and private car service. Driving time is approximately 1 hour in good weather conditions.

Getting Between Everline & the Palisades: The Olympic Valley Shuttle System

Free shuttle transportation is provided between Everline Resort & Spa and The Village at Palisades

During the conference the shuttle service will run every 30 minutes with service from 6:30AM to 10:45 PM

Parking at Winter Brain Accomodations

Everline Resort Parking Information

Parking is complimentary for overnight guests of the Everline Resort & Spa that are self parking. Regular rates will apply to daily drive-in guests or guests using valet. Everline does not offer snow removal for vehicles in the self-parking lot.

Palisades Parking Information

On Saturdays and Sundays, a parking reservation is required for Palisades Tahoe. There are paid and free reservations. Sign up using the link above.
